Win Chocolate Chip Cookies from Tate’s Bake Shop!

I’m sure you won’t mind if we step away from the panini grill for a moment…to focus our attention on chocolate chip cookies! If you’ve ever tasted the thin, crispy, buttery, I-defy-you-to-stop-at-just-one chocolate chip cookies from Tate’s Bake Shop then you know what a treat the lucky winner of today’s giveaway is in for.

I had heard so many great things about Tate’s Bake Shop, based in Southampton, New York, from my blogging friends that I was eager to finally try them myself. They really are that good – refreshingly simple, traditional chocolate chip cookies made with quality ingredients. I’m not usually a dunker, but these really are the type of chocolate chip cookies that beg for a tall, cold glass of milk. Anything that will allow you to stop and savor them for a little bit longer (because the temptation to just devour these is very strong!).

Tate’s Bake Shop would love to send one lucky reader their Valentine’s Day Cube Tower (pictured above). Each box holds approximately 7 cookies. Read on to enter the giveaway…plus get a $10 coupon code to shop at the Tate’s Bake Shop website. [THE GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED]

**  Tate’s Bake Shop Valentine’s Day Cube Tower Giveaway **

Here are five ways to enter, you can do any or all of them (please leave separate comments for each entry):

The giveaway will close on Friday, February 10 at noon PST. [THE GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED] I will use random.org to select one winner and announce the winner in this post. I will contact the winner via e-mail – if I don’t receive a response within 5 days I will draw another name. My apologies to international readers, the prize can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

** UPDATE 2/12/12: Congratulations to our winner, #9 Sami!

  1. I’m definitely a sucker for oatmeal raisin cookies. In some ways, I’m not even particular about them… they can be old and stale and I’ll still eat them. Not sure what that says about me, but hey… I like my oatmeal cookies!

My favorite cookie comes from either of two Italian bakeries in my hometown of Poughkeepsie, New York. Pignoli (Pine Nut) cookies cannot be beat! The are soft like a macaroon with pine nuts embedded on the top. Great for any occasion and lots of memories of good time and good food with family and friends.
