Panini Happy is a Guest at Inn Cuisine!

I’m so excited to be sharing my latest breakfast panini – Bacon, Apple & Cheddar Breakfast Panini – over at Inn Cuisine today!  If you aren’t yet a regular reader of Inn Cuisine yet, you’re going to want to get to know this terrific blog.  Sandie writes all about comforting and cozy bed & breakfast-style food, from a rustic, savory Herb Omelet Torte to decadent Coffee Toffee Bars.

When “innkeeper” Sandie approached me about creating a B&B-style breakfast sandwich, I jumped at the chance to come up with something unique and satisfying.  Crisp, smoky bacon, tart Granny Smith Apples and buttery sharp cheddar cheese grilled inside a cinnamon raisin English muffin really fit the bill!  To read more about it and get the recipe, visit my guest post over at Inn Cuisine.  And while you’re at it, subscribe to receive Sandie’s updates!

Welcome

KathyPanini Happy, online since 2008, is more than just a sandwich blog. Here, you'll find hundreds of my original panini recipes, my guide to choosing a panini press and a whole lot of other creative uses for the panini press.

I’m tickled to have you as a guest blogger on Inn Cuisine, and I love the breakfast panini recipe you decided to share. It’s scrumptious!

My husband, who happened to peek over my shoulder as I’m typing this, saw the photo of your Grilled Sundae Brownie Panini post over in your left sidebar, and wanted to know why we don’t eat there (like this was a restaurant site or something).

I said, “because it’s a food blog, not a restaurant” and I swear, I could see the disappointment in his eyes.

Now you’ve raised the dessert bar (pardon the pun). Looks like I’ll be making your Grilled Brownie Sundae Panini, and soon too. (I’m surprised he didn’t ask me why I don’t write an ice cream blog, although that is a novel idea…)

I wish I could make this right now for breakfast, but the larder is bare after being away for one week. I’m going to check out Inn Cuisine right now.
