Pinworthy Leftover Thanksgiving Sandwiches

It’s turkey time once again! I picked up my bird at Whole Foods yesterday and the dry brining process is underway (I tried this for the first time last year and it was fantastic). As much as I’m looking forward to our Thanksgiving feast, I’m even a little more excited for our leftover turkey sandwiches.

I’ve been pinning some fantastic leftover Thanksgiving sandwiches on Pinterest (click here or on the widget above to see my board).
