Hey, Kathy. I just retweeted your last chance blast. Let’s see, how about the Prosciutto-Wrapped Turkey, Avocado & Swiss Panini – with sundried tomato mayo, grilled on ciabatta. Love all the ingredients and can imagine them all toasty and melded together. Yum! Have a great Thanksgiving and butterfly kisses to the baby!

I have to vote for the Turkey, Cranberry & Havarti Panini… My favorite thing about Tday is the cranberry sauce/smoked turkey sandwich I have as leftovers!

Another vote for the Prosciutto-Wrapped Turkey, Avocado & Swiss with sun-dried tomato mayo on ciabatta because it has so many of my favorite ingredients in one sandwich! I enjoy reading your blog…inspires me to experiment with my own combinations.

I honestly could eat all three of them – it’s very difficut to choose. I think the turkey, cranberry and havarti is probably the number one. Great sandiwiches!
