we made these for dinner tonight. i went to the deli and tried the havarti cheese and totally loved it. we used chiabatta rolls that were on sale for the bread. they came out awesome. turkey breast was very expensive so we used a turkey london broil. i will be trying more paninis from your blog!

I did smoked turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce and brie cheese… The brie worked really well with the mix. My favorite leftover sandwich! I was thinking while making one that I needed that panini press I didn’t win to try the panini thing!

I’m finding a new fave, though… Turkey and pomegranate!
