		<description>Mmmm....panini!  Great idea.  I thought when I got my pan, I&#039;d make them all the time and am annoyed with myself for not keeping up with it.  You&#039;ve got some great recipes here, so that should motivate me!  As far as the tomato making soggy bread goes, have you ever brushed olive oil on first and lightly grilled the bread before you stuff the panini?  That helps.</description>
