As a hoosier (though not originally from Indiana), I have to say, “Wow!”

First, I can’t believe the rest of the country isn’t on to the breaded tenderloin sandwich yet…although we are one of the fattest states in the country…

Second, this is such a creative sandwich. Around here they are usually served with cheddar or american cheese, or no cheese at all. Provolone would be delicious on a tenderloin. It takes someone who is outside of the box sometimes to see the true potential.

I absolutely adore your blog. I can’t wait to really dig in to it.

I just saw a Breaded Pork Pizza recipe on the Boboli website so I’m sure you’re right! This looks really good and I can’t wait to watch the game on Sunday!
