Love the sound of that thinly sliced pork… it’s always great to find a reason to keep going back to a restaurant over and over again. This sounds like my kindofa place!

Looks tasty and great tips. I’ve got to find a panini place around here. I use to eat them all the time when I lived in Paris but Utah is lacking in the panini department. fyi: I make your buffalo chicken panini at least once a month, sometimes more.
