I’m so excited to be sharing my latest breakfast panini – Bacon, Apple & Cheddar Breakfast Panini – over at Inn Cuisine today! Crisp, smoky bacon, tart Granny Smith Apples and buttery sharp cheddar cheese grilled inside a cinnamon raisin English muffin really fit the bill! My husband, who happened to peek over my shoulder as I’m typing this, saw the photo of your Grilled Sundae Brownie Panini post over in your left sidebar, and wanted to know why we don’t eat there (like this was a restaurant site or something).
I said, “because it’s a food blog, not a restaurant” and I swear, I could see the disappointment in his eyes.
Now you’ve raised the dessert bar (pardon the pun). Looks like I’ll be making your Grilled Brownie Sundae Panini, and soon too. (I’m surprised he didn’t ask me why I don’t write an ice cream blog, although that is a novel idea…)
