This sounds yummy! My island of choice is Kauai! If you ever get there, the best teriyaki chicken sandwich is at CJ’s in the Coconut Market Center! I’m trying this recipe of yours Sunday for the big game! Go Cowboys!!!

Ok, every time I get an update for you my stomach growls! This just looks too good…it is going on my menu plan for next week! Wish we’d had your restaurant recommendations on the three times we’ve been to Maui–we never found a super-great place to eat. But this may be motivation enough to plan another trip.
