I made this for breakfast this morning and it was great! I usually don't eat things like this because they seem heavy and greasy, but this one wasn't at all. It was very satisfying. I made the whole package of biscuits (8) so I can make more in the next few days.

Since I was just making one serving, for the egg I made a one-egg omelet. It basically cooks like a pancake and was easy to flip halfway through. Then, I folded it into quarters so it would be the right size for the biscuit.

My grill cooked this pretty quickly, so I definitely recommend keeping an eye on it see how fast the cheese is melting.

With the biscuits already baked, I should be able to make this one in the morning before work in less than 10 minutes.
