I’m so excited to be sharing my latest breakfast panini – Bacon, Apple & Cheddar Breakfast Panini – over at Inn Cuisine today! When “innkeeper” Sandie approached me about creating a B&B-style breakfast sandwich, I jumped at the chance to come up with something unique and satisfying. Crisp, smoky bacon, tart Granny Smith Apples and buttery sharp cheddar cheese grilled inside a cinnamon raisin English muffin really fit the bill!
